· The employer needs to consider the different factors, which contribute to the risk
· The employer has to decide the records that need to be kept or maintained As a part of risk assessment safety rules, employers need to identify the various factors responsible for aggravating the risk like:
· The premises or the working environment. This will include the entire layout and the working conditions that employees have to face on a day-to-day basis
